Natural Effect Microblading is an advanced semi-permanent makeup technique, which consists on tattooing hair by hair using a hand tool composed by fine needles to insert pigment in the dermal layer of the skin, creating the most natural hair simulated eyebrows. Compared to a traditional tattoo, Microblading does not go as deep into the skin and uses semi-permanent pigments that fade overtime

Nanoblading is the latest technique in semi-permanent makeup, which can be performed with a machine and a nano needle or with a manual tool using a combination of thinner nano needles with a smaller diameter, making the hair strokes narrower and following the natural hair growth direction for a more natural effect. Feather Nano Brows, Feathered nanoblading.

Also known as Microshading, Microblading and Shading is the combination of two techniques, while Microblading creates crisp hair strokes, micro-shading is a powdered technique that adds volume and density for a fuller  or bolder look.

The main difference between Microblading and Nanoblading is the technique and the needles that are used. Nanoblading is performed using nano needles and creates a feathered style.

Microblading creates crisp hair strokes, while microshading is a powdered technique that adds a powder effect for extra coverage and volume.

A Microblading Correction applies to any previous Microblading or powder tattoo performed by a different artist. It is a combination of different techniques of Microblading, Shading and Color Correction, depending on the case. Some cases can be eligible for corrections. Please send a clear picture of your eyebrows to determine if you are a good candidate.

It depends on the case, shape and color saturation. Please send a clear picture of your eyebrows before booking an appointment. We will go over whether or not we can work on top of existing work or if removal is necessary. Text (714)479-2293

Healed Microblading results last between 1 to 3 years depending on your skin type and lifestyle. For example, if you have oily skin and a very active lifestyle (sweating or swimming frequently) your microblading may start to fade after 10  months to 1 year, while if you have normal or dry skin the results last 2 to 3 years or even longer on mature skin.

The initial procedure takes about 2-3 hours depending on the case. On average, we start with a 15 min consultation, then proceed to take measurements for eyebrow design and symmetry check , which take about 1 hour, while the Microblading process takes about 40 min and an extra 20 min for shading.

Most clients report little to no pain, and would compare it to a threading or tweezing.  Topical lidocaine is applied prior and during the procedure so the client can feel at ease while receiving the treatment. Some fall asleep!

  • If you’re sensitive, avoid getting PMU service during your period. This causes you to be more sensitive than usual.
  • Also, avoid alcohol & caffeine as this can increase more pain than usual

One minor touch up is recommended 4 to 8 weeks after your initial appointment. This is considered as a perfecting session where we can go over any details after you see your healed results. Although not everybody needs one.

On average most clients come back for an annual touch up after 1.5 years and our out of state clients every 2 years.

The hair strokes will start to shrink and the color will start to fade progressively. It is important to choose a shape within your natural features for the fading to be unnoticeable, unlike following eyebrows trends.

I recommend getting botox (10 days or more) after your Microblading initial session. Remember that botox can change the symmetry of your eyebrows, which can interfere with the design process.

If you already got Botox on your forehead area, it is best to wait one month for it to settle before your Microblading appointment.

Microblading / Nanoblading After Care goes for 7-10 days, starting on your appointment day as Day 1, you may wash your eyebrows normally on Day 10.

Yes, your eyebrows will look about 30% darker for about a week, very similar to having eyebrow pencil on them. The second day is the darkest day. After that, you will notice how they start to get lighter. You will see the final results in 10-14 days.

No downtime and no swelling. You may go back to your normal activities. However you should avoid any kind of sweat and steam for the next 8 days, meaning no steam rooms, no hot yoga, no swimming and no sweaty work outs.
